It is full of nostalgia for me. To all non-Norwegians everywhere, I could highly recommend this wonderfully complied & beautifully bound hardback book to anyone who simply enjoys baking as the many varied Norwegian recipes are clearly written & easy to follow. I wish a 'God Jul' & many hours of happy baking to all who buy this exceptional Norwegian baking book. A wonderful buy; thank you for sending it.

Very comprehensive, bought as a gift, but one thing I wasn't a fan of was the size of this book. It's absolutely enormous, and perhaps would have been better had it been in a larger page format so it wasn't so fat, and would lie flatter when looking at it. But apart from that, can't fault it but I'm not cooking from it myself as it was a gift.
