There is a package deal for the bottom, top and side rails. I recommend that one. You definitely want the top rail too. Get the longer top rail if you can. It eliminates the pressure lock on top and replaces it w a screw. **Q: what is the allen wrench size to remove the screws from the rail?** A: 9/64, found on my craftsman 9 piece (inch) hex key set. Though I'm pretty sure I have this hex key loose in my range bag too. I believe one came with the carbine. **Q: How long is this rail?** A: This rail is 6 -1/8 Inches. The stock rail is 4- 3/4 inches. That includes the 1/4 lip on both sides of the rail. It's a "Must Have" for sure. I have a picatinny sling mount, bipod, and a front hand grip mounted to it.  **Q: Will this fit the 389TS?** A: It fit my 995TS perfectly.
