I requested a return and have been sent a qr code which just says error. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second earthing mat and I’m really liking this one, *by B***D on 7 May 2026* If you are new to earthing, read this. I am convinced that earthing, aka grounding, absolutely works. If you decided to give this a try by ordering this mat, this is what I suggest: (and towards the bottom you will find my review of this mat) 1. Watch “The earthing movie” right here on Amazon. It will explain in detail what it is all about. 2. Go out into Nature and do a bit of natural earthing. All you need to do is be barefoot on some natural surface, such as grass, the edge of the water at a beach, a river bed. 3. Before you start earthing, do a mental scan of your body, and notice the spots that may be achy, stiff, feel swollen or painful. 4. Now just walk around or sit while your bare feet are in contact with the ground. Use the time to listen to music or maybe read a book or just enjoy a quiet moment in nature. Give it about 30 minutes. 5. Now do another mental scan of your body and pay attention to the parts that were bothering you before. Do you notice any difference? Are the stiff joints a little looser? Do you get a sense that what may have been a little swollen before has diminished? Has there been any reduction in aches or pain? 6. If the answer to any of this is yes, then you have just benefited from earthing. It’s time for this mat. In my case, I watched the movie and the following day I went to a local park with a chair and a book and I sat there barefooted, just reading for a while. One of the problems I’ve had is that my hands get a little swollen and stiff. After my first day of earthing, I could snap my fingers and make a sound. I had not been able to do that for many years! That’s when I realized that this earth thing concept was for real. The snapping of the fingers is my go to test to see how earthing is impacting me. I didn’t stop there. I started to google everything I could read about this, including experiments that have been done by government health organizations. Every single article concluded that there seems to be a correlation between a decrease in inflammation and earthing. There is even medical infrared thermal imaging that will show the part of the body before and after earthing. The red spots, which represent inflammation, diminish after earthing. Just Google “before and after images of earthing” and you will see a multitude of images with the results. Since I cannot be outside every day to get some earthing done, I ended up ordering a sleeping mat, which is on my bed. When I wake up, I remove it and I put it on the floor wherever I am going to sit in the house. I finally realized that it would be better to get a smaller mat just for my feet and leave the one on the bed permanently. So I decided to order this one. I want to give kudos to the manufacturer. They have really paid attention to the presentation of this package. The mat comes rolled in a very attractive cardboard tube with all the attachments inside. That tube will come in handy to pack it away when I want to travel with it. The mat itself is thicker than the one I already own and it so much more comfortable on my feet. The edge of the mat is very well constructed given it a very strong outer edge. The mat arrived about 15 minutes ago and I am already using it. I’ve already tested it to make sure that I’m grounded and I am. To test yourself for that I would suggest you get yourself an earthing meter (about $15 in Amazon), which will let you know if you are actually earthing on the mat (see photos). The meter has a cord that plugs into the neutral hole on the outlet. If you’re standing on the mat, then you hold the meter in your hand and you press the front button while also having a finger over the silver disc in the back and you hold it. If you are properly grounded, then a green steady light will come on and stay on as long as you keep pressing without interruption. In the event that the light comes on and goes off immediately, it is telling you that you are not grounded. In such a case, just check the connections of the plugs and the mat. I have gotten into the habit of having the meter by me wherever I am earthing, whether on the bed or sitting someplace. I periodically pick it up and press it just to make sure that I’m still grounding. By the way, the meter can also be used outdoors. You just press the little prong at the end of the cable into the ground and you press the meter and you will see it light up steadily. Pretty interesting concept. Friends, this earthing movement is not some kind of passing fad or social media craze. This is for real. I have shared this with a few people in my life and most have just discarded it without trying it out. But a couple of them really gave it a chance and they have noticed the improvement. Give this a chance, and you will be richly rewarded with better quality of life and body. Stay healthy! And by the way, I am liking this mat very, very much.
