It has Quick Disconnect buckles on the shoulders and waist to make it fast and easy to take on and off. It is fully adjustable with the rear belt it allows you to adjust the rear elastic band from size small to XL. The front placard lifts up and you can adjust the front buckles on the hook and loop panel for 3 more sizes on the go.
