I would say, and I'm not a medical professional for the record, but in my opinion it's very accurate. It's extremely easy to use - just press the button, put your finger in and you have your reading. The display quality is very good and the display itself is simple and easy to read. The finger sits inside nice and snug, one little thing is that if your blood circulation is not great then your finger can get cold inside there. It comes with a lanyard however I have not been able to attach it. The protection is also quite good. Overall I would say it's a great product. I urgently needed a good one as my health is failing. It works like any other BUT this one gives me an alarm if my pulse or oxygen levels go out of safe range. I was told to contact my doctor if it did , and it did.
