I got these along with a few other bean varieties both from desertcart and a local hipster-type 'micro roaster' or something (lol), as kind of my intro into brewing coffee using more proper methods (aeropress, chemex, and a phin), picked this one because I wanted one that felt at least somewhat authentic to use with a Vietnamese phin coffee filter (which I'd also recommend trying yourself, they're pretty cheap), and it's probably my favorite roast of the selection I've tried so far. Personally I think it's pretty good value, the hipster roasted beans cost twice as much by volume, and maybe I just have no taste but I think these are better lol.
