Iron Crush will manually send you an email with the PDF attached, on the day the grippers arrive in the post.Second, this particular set (60-80lbs) is not an ideal starter set for beginners. I can fully crush the 60lb one but I'm nowhere close to being able to pinch or extend it. If your new to grip training, it might be worth buying the 30-50lb set first. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing quality. Soft whole silicon and not sticky at all. no unpleasant smell. I am stronger than average for a woman but I can only squeeze the 60lb one about 5 ~ 7 times at once. I tried the 30 lb, which is quite squish. But if you do it about dozens of times continuously, you need rest.
