## Description

Polymer clay is a versatile modelling material for improving children’s imagination and coordination. The 36 polymer clay set comes with jewellery accessories. Try to make something different for yourself or a gift for others. Once you’ve made your beautiful objects, cook or boil them to make them permanent. Specification: Single block size: 3.3\" x 1.3\" x 0.4\" (8.3 x 3.2 x 1 cm). Single block. Weight: 1 oz (28 g). Box size: 7.87\" x 5.7\" x 1.97\" (20 x 14.5 x 5 cm). Total weight: 1.2 kg. The package includes: ▶ 36 blocks of coloured polymer clay. Instructions: 1. Oven Bake (Recommended): Bake on a glass or metal surface at a temperature of 275℉ (130°C) for 15 minutes per 1/4\" (6 mm) thick. The oven must be preheated to temperature. Clay should put it in the middle of the oven. Do not exceed the above temperature or recommended cooking time! Cooking should be done by an adult. 2. Hair dryer: (Suitable for small objects of 2.5 cm-5 cm). Put the object into the paper box and blow for 3-5 minutes to harden. 3. Boiling method: Put the object in cold water and bring to the boil, continue to boil for 10-20 minutes. Remove once the water has cooled. Tips: it’s better to use purified water, to prevent calcium carbonate from adhering to work.

We followed the instruction booklet that is included and oven baked our creations at 130 degrees for 15 minutes, and they came out great. I also bought some small magnets from desertcart and attached these using super glue. The clay comes in a handy plastic box with different compartments and a handle. I was really impressed by that! Overall I would definitely recommend. You get a wide range of colours and it's a fab price. We have loads of clay left to use at another time.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: would this clay be good for making chunky rings?**
A: Yes. Make anything !  Put in oven 180 degrees for 20-30 mins. My kids have made rings, key rings earrings. You can get all the metal clips and accessories.

**Q: My clay does not seem to be baking hard. Warmed oven 120 and put in for 15 mins and still soft. Extended to 30 mins and still soft.**
A: We put it in at 135 for 15 mins, it comes out soft to the touch but hardens as it cools. My daughter tends to make some very small figures so may be different if large models are made. We have always been very impressed with this stuff and bought it several times.

**Q: Do you need to wet  the clay before moulding**
A: No, you can just mould and when done, bake

**Q: why does the clay always break after I bake it even though I’m following the baking instructions?**
A: I am not sure but we did not leave the clay in for the full time and it was fine - we have a fan oven which reduced cooking times - hope this helps

Then it's super easy to mould using the tools included. We looked online for inspiration pictures. We followed the instruction booklet that is included and oven baked our creations at 130 degrees for 15 minutes, and they came out great. I also bought some small magnets from Amazon and attached these using super glue. The clay comes in a handy plastic box with different compartments and a handle. I was really impressed by that! Overall I would definitely recommend. You get a wide range of colours and it's a fab price. We have loads of clay left to use at another time.

Great fun and good for non professional use, however it does crack easily. I’d say it’s good value for money and it does the job - not professional quality but for the price I wouldn’t expect that.
