We tried EVERYTHING. Triple paste (regular and 3x max), aquafor, Desitin, Boudreaux's Butt Paste, A+D, and more. We also tried changing diaper brands, switching to cleaning with water only, giving diaper-free time, drying with a blow dryer, and literally everything we could to get this rash to go away. Nothing worked. Then, we found this cream, which we read is used in some NICUs. Within literally 2 days of using this cream on the rash, it was cleared up. Though it's expensive, it's totally worth it (and honestly it's still cheaper than triple paste 3x max!).
