Don’t settle for generic decorations this year. Make it a party that the guest of honor will remember for years to come! Can be filled with helium or regular air.Package Contents:✨13 x 16-inch Rose Gold ‘Happy Birthday’ Foil Letter Balloons✨15 x 12-inch Rose Gold Pre-Filled Confetti Balloons✨15 x 12-inch Rose Gold Latex Balloons✨2 x 18-inch Rose Gold Star Foil Balloons✨2 x 18-inch Rose Gold Heart Foil Balloons✨2 x RibbonsPlease note:1. Our rose gold latex confetti balloons already have the confetti inside. Once you have inflated them, you can rub them against your shirt, sweater, or hair to get them to stick to surfaces more easily. While you can use normal air or helium, we recommend helium. They DO NOT float without helium.2. If using regular air, we recommend an air or bicycle pump/inflator rather than using your mouth. They will deflate over time as the opening of a balloon is not completely sealed. We do not recommend inflating the balloons more than 12 hours before an event.3. Both sets of latex and foil balloons are environmentally friendly and made from non-toxic materials.4. There may be some talcum powder on the balloons. This is only to prevent them from sticking together. It is not harmful and does not mean the balloons are dirty. Legal Disclaimer SAFETY WARNING Warning: Small parts and uninflated balloons not suitable for children under 3 years. To be used under the direct supervision of an adult. Discard broken balloons at once. ## Features - PARTY IN ELEGANCE AND STYLE IN THIS FULL SET – This 49-piece rose gold happy birthday party decoration set lets you turn any celebration into a classy, sophisticated, eye-catching affair for teens and adults. Once inflated, you can rub them against your shirt or hair to make them static. - BEAUTIFUL AND REUSABLE – Foil balloons can be put up and used for other occasions when handled with care. The pump works fine, i thought that the foil hearts were not inflating initially but if you persevere with the pump they inflate fine. Be careful with the letters, I burst a couple because I put too much air in them. You can pump up the foil balloons again when they start to deflate also. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2019* Great value for money. Used for friends surprise party who was really pleased with with how the room looked once all decorated with these beautiful balloons ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great but the pump does nothing *by P***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 November 2018* Great product but need a hellium gas not the pump you get --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/78345170-happy-birthday-decorations-i-2020-rose-gold-pre-filled-confetti](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/78345170-happy-birthday-decorations-i-2020-rose-gold-pre-filled-confetti) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
