The frequency of floor cleaning depends on the wear on the floor. Very dirty stains can be cleaned with the WOCA Wood Stain Remover or WOCA Intensive Wood Cleaner. Always remember to test on a less visible spot to check the compatibility of the surface with the product. Shake the container well before use. Spray the cleaner on the surface. Wipe down the surface with a cotton cloth. Use cloths with high cotton content. Don't use cloths containing microfiber only. I rinsed the mop head frequently to make sure I was not transferring the dirty water to other parts of the floor. 50+ year old has been oiled every year for 30 + years. The WOCA product cleaned it up nicely and left a soft satin sheen. It seems to be repelling dirt to some extent. Diminished the appearance of scratches. I used this during a very wet May, and it dried within the 2 hour time frame stated on the label - I did have fans on it. I highly recommend this for floors with an oil finish.

I can honestly say that Woca saved my floors, which were covered with smudges of glue and black, rubber glove smudges from poor installation techniques. I spent many, many hours removing smudges, dirt, embedded black rubber fingerprints, etc. and the Woca products (including the oil refreshing and cleaner products) were a floor-saver. I was able to avoid sanding and oiling the brand new floors, and learned a big lesson about floor installation!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What is the difference between the woca oil refresher and woca oil refreshing soap?**
A: The soap is for general regular cleaning. The oil is just a sporadic maybe twice a year refresher

**Q: Do you have to rinse this after applying**
A: I haven’t rinsed the floor after using this on my oil finished floors. I spray then wipe with my (dry) swifter. I will also spray it in more heavily and wipe with an old soft rag by hand in areas where there’s a scuff mark or someth8ng. I was told not to use water on my floors.

**Q: Cleaning my oil based floor for spot cleaning: what is the difference between this product and natural soap? Which one should I use?**
A: Our flooring installers told us that this soap put oil back into the wood.  I assume that natural soaps do not restore oil.

**Q: I bought woca natural soap in natural but i have white oak woca floors. will the natural soap be ok?**
A: It should be ok
