Have not lost a drop of fluid. No issue with air on my end. **Q: How many mL does the dropper (not the bottle) hold?** A: With my experience I got 3-4 good drops. The dropper itself is glass so be careful not to be too rough. Had oils stored in it and I was able to clean it out well soaking it in dish soap & water overnight.
