Review: Amazing for mental health, I highly recommend it. - I originally learned about Lion's Mane Mushrooms from the Joe Rogan podcast where he interviews Paul Stamets. I immediately went on desertcart to order these. My parents are both in their 60's, and have memory problems. I already know that they are going to develop worse mental problems as they get older, and after hearing that this helps fix those issues, I wanted them to try it. They are both taking 1 to 2 a day (the recommended dose is 3 per day.) and they haven't noticed any difference, but personally, I do. I'm 28, so my memory is still pretty good, but taking these capsules helped me to realize just how much help I needed. After I take one of these, I feel much more awake and alert...So much so that I don't need coffee. It makes me able to focus on the task at hand, and be more productive. It also helps me sleep better. I normally toss and turn, and if I sleep too long, I wake up in a lot of pain. Taking one of these before bed helped me to lay still and wake up feeling refreshed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ DOESN'T DO WHAT IT SAYS, BUT...

In full disclosure, I've only been taking this for a week. The dose is 3 pills, 3x a day or 1x per day. I figured I could take it as I pleased, so I've been taking one in the morning, and 2 before bedtime. In that time I've seen NO changes in my mental clarity or concentration. But I've given the product 4 stars anyway, because it DID, somehow, improve the quality of my sleep, substantially! I'd been struggling for a long time with being able to sleep all through the night. I'd wake up 2 or 3 times throughout the night, and never felt like I was getting adequate sleep. I often struggled to fall back asleep again. From day one of taking the Lion's Mane, I slept without ever waking up once, which has been wonderful, so I'm not going to complain too loudly about this product! It was surely the Lions Mane because ny diet had not changed, nor my excercise routine, nor my environment. Nothing changed except the addition of this supplement to my diet. Because this result was NOT something I was expecting, its also not just placebo! LOL 😂 It didn't do what I expected, but it did cure my sleep disturbances! Now I sleep like a baby 😴
