A: It’s liquid but if your keeping it in a cool place it will get solid .

A: My personal opinion,any good quality organic virgin coconut oil will do such as nutiva brand. If your not partial to the coconut taste then crisco brand makes a good refined oil plus it is reasonably priced.  Both can be purchased from Amazon.
