It took me awhile to get my exact routine down, but I start with one pill on the day I ovulate, then over the next week slowly increase to 3 a day and continue the next week with one pill 3 times a day spaced out with meals until I start my period. Then I quit until the next ovulation due date. If I don’t take enough, I get so angry and irritated at everyone and everything. If I take them too much, my breasts get sore. I think each woman is different and you need to find your right pill routine in order for this product to work, but it really does!
