I doubt it. Mine is 3" and it is a very tight fit.Read down to the main description and the size is limited to 2.8" or 70 mm. Easy to fit (assuming your bike has the correct access holes pre-drilled), lightweight, looks good (if a water carrier ever can) and accommodates a variety of different sizes of water bottles.
