The power adapter cord that is connected between the battery and the machine does not connect securely and won't power the machine. It seems to be too small for the connection. My sister ordered one at the same time and had the same issue. I called ResMed for technical support before I figured out the issue and all she could say is to contact the company I purchased it from and maybe the issue was the cord, well indeed it was the cord so I have to wonder if this is a common problem for this battery.
