Returned and bought a set of Aldi non stick for a fraction of the price even if I have to replace the Aldi Pans after 2 years for 10 years I am still ahead although I dont like disposable items which is why I bought the Misen 10" expecting it to last longer than me. ! Didn't give less stars because it is a nice looking pan solid build and maybe I am just incompetent although I have been cooking at home for over 50 years. Es ist mir schleierhaft, wie eine so massive Pfanne bei sachgerechter Handhabung solch eine Verformung aufweisen kann. Auf dem Foto ist die Lücke zu sehen, wenn die Pfanne auf dem Induktionsherd „flach“ liegt. Beim Kochen natürlich nervig und hinderlich, da ohne richtigen Kontakt die Heizfläche massiv reduziert wird.
