I had actually purchased the GABA Calm to help with emotions/stress/anger/anxiety but found that it wasn't a magic bullet. I will say, after a week or two, I know I saw a difference in some behaviors, but it was so inconsistent that it was hard to monitor. Also, if I gave him a lozenge in the AM and one in the afternoon, it seemed like he would a major meltdown that evening. It happened enough that I stopped using it in way. I didn't want to give it 3 times a day because of the magnesium and he was commenting how he had to go #2 a lot more often. I recently gave it to him when he was having anxiety before bed and he was asleep in 25 minutes... instead of the usual 2-3 hours. I thought it was a fluke, so tried it again. Again, he fell asleep quickly. We have used it several times before bed and he is falling asleep more rapidly. The two times I forgot to give it, he stayed awake much longer.
