The "best before date" for the 2018 harvest is 10/31/2020. **Q: How do I open the white plastic cap?** A: Thank you for your question. I should have posted a video about this. After you open the black cap, you can pour the olive oil by inclining the bottle. The white part is a drip-free dispenser and should stay in place. You may simply need to give it a bit of a "kick" or "shake" with your hand to get the oil to flow at first, and then it should flow freely. Because we "seal" the bottle with "inert gas" to protect the olive oil from oxidation, there may be a slight overpressure which prevents the olive oil from flowing at first.
