Prior to that we swaddled her with a light blanket but our "Houdini" always managed to get her arms free and would wave them all around her face which startled her. She fought against the Woombie, trying to free her arms, the first couple of times we used it. But she now likes it and is mucher calmer with Woombie. Have been using it each night for about 3 weeks now and have not had any problems with the workmanship of the garment.Three month update: The Woombie is still comforting to the baby and helps calm her down so she can go to sleep.
