Other reviews have mentioned the waterproof system being not the most well protecting, but it seems to cover the upper part well and I may test it if I come into a storm in the future. One thing I don't particularly like is the positioning of tripod. I don't feel kindly about resting the whole bag on a tripod on the bottom. The material for the side pocket doesn't look to be very rigid and I don't really want to test it out. Overall it's a good design, though still have a few points that can be improved.
