The i-6 is the nakiri style blade, which is the same one I have, which I love btw. Each different style Iseya knife has a different i name, e.g. i-2, i-3, etc. There is no i-33 that I am aware of, I believe that is just referring to the blade layering. These knives are extremely sharp, and the nikiri is superb at chopping vegetables.
