At Adelynrood, he serves smaller yet satisfying portions of these, whereas every other course is in abundance, a fine recipe for living well! Adam's opening essay about his life-long love for food and cooking, and its connection to a healthy and spirit-filled lifestyle at Adelynrood, the retreat and conference center where his kitchen thrives, is so well written and worth reading apart from the recipes. The photographs of Adelynrood offer a small glimpse into a charming, rustic, home-away-from-home for hundreds of people every summer.
