The green bars have a subtle sweet and tart flavor that I really enjoy, I think it must be the mulberries! I actually prefer to leave the bars outside of the fridge for a less crunchy texture, but also enjoyed the consistency of the bars refrigerated and non refrigerated. I think my only complaint would be the shipping, but that's no reflection of the product, and the delivery service thinking it NEEDED to be in a fridge. I shortly wrote them to leave it on my steps and there was no problem.
