It is an excellent choice and supposedly helps weight loss but i havent drank it for long enough to notice that. It proves to be excellent value at 100 g for ten pounds.

There's equally nothing to like or dislike about this tea. I was hoping it would be a bit more perfumey/aromatic, but it's just a bit nothingy for me. Maybe my taste buds are not as finely tuned as others! For reference i bought the tea bags and i have tried brewing a second time to see if that makes a difference as others have said. Ultimately i will be sticking to green teas i have found elsewhere for flavour.
