Review: One of the best kitchen item we bought so far!!!!! - Very nice product, very useful and time-saving kitchen product. So far we used it for Carrot, potato, cabbage and all other vegetables and result is more than expected. We haven't used all the blades till date. It broke down in a very first week and we got the replacement from desertcart without any charge. Two area of improvement. 1) it is accumulating vegetables on the front side while cutting so need some kind of window/cut area on the front side to take that product out like the cut-out in the centre below blades rather than stopping the machine and removing material manually 2) require some changes in the design so it can cut all vegetable without any brokage. When I say, blockage, you can find vegetables in the blade after cutting and require to remove manually. Lines of the area of improvements are more than an advantage because we like the product like anything and want to recommend to buy with above-mentioned improvement. Lunch this product in India with price range 1500 to 2000 INR and you will sell it like hot cake, believe me!!!

Worked ok for the first few months - as long as you stop frequently to clear out the tray top on which food gets caught. Poor design - less than 3 months later, and it's broken! I think that some food must have fallen in to the part where the blade glides back and forth next to the motor. Very poor design. I was excited when I first got this because it made slicing and grating so much easier and faster, but I can't believe how quickly it broke. Will need to remember not to buy from Gourmia again - it was not cheap!!

**Q: can somebody pls tell me which blade is to be used for dicing of vegetables.....also what is the purpose of  big blue blade...**
A: first put the one with the square pattern in the open slot, then the blue blade over it. it dices. the only two things i had problem with: cheese and tomatoes - both got smushed.

**Q: Does anyone else have issues with dicing? I find that it tends to smash everything to the side instead of pushing it through the cube box. Any tips?**
A: i diced cooked beets, pickles and cucumbers and it worked great. do not press much, just gently. tomatoes and cheese did not dice - just smushed.

**Q: Is this strong enough to dice/cube raw sweet potatoes?**
A: I sent this back. I used this one time. It was just okay when dicing solids like potatoes but when I tried to dice onions and peppers, it turned them to mush. The piece used to push the food through the chute was short so there was always an end piece that couldn't be diced. I'm sure the piece used to push would break the machine if it came all the way down to the slicing mechanism. A piece of onion got stuck and broke the machine. I like the manual dicers better. Used my Progressive and Chop Wizards for years.

**Q: How big are the dices?**
A: We could not even uses.It came as dead. Apparently it was a used one. There is a chance that somebody used it and moisture was staying instead which causes the motor to die. I was bit surprised to see that company did not do the minimum testing to check if the product was working or not.

Very disappointed. Worked ok for the first few months - as long as you stop frequently to clear out the tray top on which food gets caught. Poor design - less than 3 months later, and it's broken! I think that some food must have fallen in to the part where the blade glides back and forth next to the motor. Very poor design. I was excited when I first got this because it made slicing and grating so much easier and faster, but I can't believe how quickly it broke. Will need to remember not to buy from Gourmia again - it was not cheap!!

It works good with veggies that are solid and not very watery. For example it chopped my carrots and cucumbers 🥒 well but when it came to lettuce the machine just killed the lettuce giving me a juice rather than a chopped lettuce did not matter what blade I used.
