I assume they are pressed ?** A: Yes, these are pressed spirulina tablets. As for the size, please see the image we have on this product listing that shows a hand holding some of our tablets. That is the best way to gauge the size of the 1,000mg tablets. If these are too big, we also offer 500mg tablets, which are half the size. It is really personal preference.
