I bought the unfinished swing so we could paint it white. One of the slats on the swing did break during shipping. It’s at the end of the slat and we will try to fix it. I don’t want to worry about sending it back and receiving another so we just went ahead and painted it white. Amazon doesn’t it make it easy to contact the seller so I can’t even ask if it’s possible to just receive a different slat for us to switch out with the broken one. I would still buy another because I love it so much!
