I dry it with a cloth after I've washed it, then place it vertically on a drying rack. It's remained beautiful and flat with very simple care! We've only applied mineral oil to it once, and probably should do so again soon - but it's held up wonderfully in the meantime. Acacia Wood 0.5 x 9 x 9 inches - For the price, it's an okay little cutting board. But after just a few uses, it's already showing knife marks. There are better small cutting boards(Teakhaus), but they are also 3x the price. Sandwich Board Set - Pay close attentions to what these are. These are very small.
