I thought it would be a product that is naturally nutritious, not with added vitamin and minerals as seen on the label. I won't bother sending it back...going in the trash. What is nutritional yeast?** A: As far as I know is a dry yeast (as is added to bread dough) fortified with vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and folate. **Q: Does this have natural glutamate like msg? i get migraines from msg.** A: Yes, this is naturally occurring glutamic acid though. Not added monosodium glutamate. Main reason for choosing this are the NUTRITIONAL Components (Vit Bs, Folic Acid, Selenium etc). Actually noticed difference in skin, HAIR and NAILS after consuming this. SO good.!
