I do a lot of my office work on my ElBraille, and the speaker on it is a joke! I'm happy to find a fairly small speaker with great audio for both music and my screen reader with a 20-hour battery life! The only thing I wish the Nyne Boost had is the ability to have it paired with 2 devices at once. That way I could switch between the ElBraille and the iPhone a bit easier. Unless I'm missing something, it looks like I have to disconnect one when I want to use the other. Having said that, the audio quality and the affordability of this gem makes it a great choice! I quickly realized that I'm going to enjoy using it with my iPhone as well. So, what makes this little guy so useful for a blind person? For starters, I love the voice prompts that let you know when the power is on or off and when the speaker is in Bluetooth mode. I also appreciate the fact that the manufacturer answered all of my questions and sent me a user manual as a PDF file that was quite accessible... For the most part, anyway! :) Where other features are concerned, I'm thrilled with the long battery life! I do a lot of my office work on my ElBraille, and the speaker on it is a joke! And they did include a charger cord. With it. Everybody is making such a big deal about not having a charger cord when they are so easy to obtain and they are very in expensive I put a full charge on it.
