Still a great buy for a challenging project. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works ok, needs a USB power supply that should be include. *by F***D on July 7, 2018* Update: company sent me a replacement pen at no cost and the replacement works great. The pen does not include a USB power brick. There is no information in the documentation as to what amp power supply is required. It took me a few tries to find a power supply that would work with this pen. Turned out that a 1 amp power supply worked fine thou I had a 2 amp that did not.This pen doesn't work. It doesn't feed any filament thru the pen. It draws it in and then does nothing. You can push the button to start it flowing and nothing ever comes out. You can retract the filament back out, insert different filament and prime it again, same thing, no filament will exit the tip. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value *by V***N on October 19, 2018* Connects via USB. Heats up quick. Easy to use. At first, the tip part was bully and it was hard to see while using it.
