She uses it as needed for a little support. She uses it mostly outdoors when she goes for her walks.It’s great that it adjusted to her height. Easy to fold so she can put it her purse.It is so light. My only concern is the weight support. I didn’t feel secure when I tested it out and I’m about 140lbs.
