They aren't very large, but they work out well for most of what I use them for. They are a good thickness. Since they are bamboo they do have some weight to them but not too heavy. They are easy to clean. You do need to maintain them, so using mineral oil on them to keep them in good condition. Also need to dry them right after washing. I think these are a good value, especially for the quality and you get 3. They do have the name stamped on one side, so I will use that as an indication. Cons: The smallest board isn't really all that useful; would be nice if they had a groove around the edge to catch liquids; the boards are a little thinner than my other bamboo boards. In general, bamboo works well as a cutting surface but I find it isn't as substantial (hefty) as a traditional wood board so chopping food is a little noisier and the board moves around more easily.
