**Q: Is there a doorway pull up bar on the market that has rings or slots to keep this from sliding around on the bar?**
A: This It doesn't slide at all when you put your weight it is not going to move at all and it's very safe

**Q: Any increased difficulty or advantage using these as opposed to using a "power tower" and supporting yourself by forearms to do leg raises?**
A: I have one these and a "power tower". The power tower I have has a tilted back, back support. This is supposed to put more pressure on your abs when contracting. And even with that angle, I still find having no back support, like with these slings , puts that much more pressure on your abs when you raise your legs up. This is just my opinion.

**Q: What is the length of the straps when they hang down?**

thank you for that great question!

The total length of the Premium Ab Straps Armageddon Sports when they hang from the bar is 19 inches. 

This is the total length from the beginning of the steel hook till the last point of the strap.

Many of our customers use the Ab Straps without the hooks to reduce the length. You just insert the straps loops into the door bar.

Without the steel hooks the length is 15 inches and is perfect if your door bar is mounted lower.
