It fits many popular outdoor Wi-Fi products including the Alfa Camp Pro Kit 2 Tube receiver, as well as the Ubiquit Bullet. Advantages/disadvantages of directional antennas: A directional antenna such as this one concentrates all of its gain in one direction. This results in longer distance reception in that particular direction. But it also means limited reception to signals coming from other directions since the horizontal path is very small. We recommend this directional antenna for environments where you know the location of the Wi-Fi signal and it is close to an open line of sight. If you are in areas of heavy obstacle coverage, there will not be any improvement over the stock omni directional antenna that comes in the Camp Pro 2 kit. Installation is easy- power off your WiFi device and remove its current antenna.
