I was looking for a high density roller just like the one my physio uses.I use it for rolling out my muscles and also for physio exercises such as upper back extensions.It comes in minimal packaging - just a plastic wrap.Also, it's a great colour and a great priceIf this review has been helpful please indicate below. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Value *by P***W on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 November 2018* I use this product to help with back and shoulder issues, as recommended by my physio. I lie full length along the roller so it supports my head and neck down to lower back and rear. It is important that the roller supports the back but is not too hard and uncomfortable or too soft ans spongy. This seems to be exactly right and is certainly great value for money compared with similar items on the site. FYI I weigh about 76 kilos. And quality is average. I can feel some points are a bit deepened that could be bcoz i stood on my foot to roll on it and balance. It could be a bit harder and more affective. I use it for a back ache and it eases the tension at my back a bit but i have to use it for a longer time. My physio had andifferent one which was more expensive but quite effective.
