Simple to install. I ordered Amazon Basics 16 gauge speaker wire and used the cutout template to place them in the ceiling. The whole process of installing and wiring took less than an hour with two people working. You will need an amplifier. We used an inexpensive Pyle amp which has a 1/4 in plug for our wireless microphone.The speakers sound great and add a professional quality to our presentations. Gone are the days of setting up the large box speakers, running the lines, testing the system, and trying to dial the volume just right so you don't make the front row deaf and the back row can't understand you.
