Review: Makes your ladder more stable. - I feel much safer when these two legs are fitted at the base of my ladder. It does add a bit of extra time to fit and adjust to match any changes in uneven surfaces when you move the ladder to a new location, but I think the extra safety is well worth the few extra minutes to do this. (I have also bought from desertcart four small rubber anti slip mats, so I am extra safe in getting a very stable ladder). The only very slight negative comment is the two U shape connectors which could have had a slightly longer screwed area on the two end parts of the U. Sometimes, perhaps due to an uneven surface, when I tighten the two nuts I run out of the screwed length and thus the leg is then still loose. However, I solved this by slipping wedge shaped pieces of wood to take up the slack, and secured the two legs firmly to the ladder. The wedges solves this problem. See picture of a wedge fitted. Apart from that very minor and easily solved problem, this is a well design and manufactured way of adding a bit of stability and I would recommend this to anyone using ladders.
Review: Sturdy Stays! - These ladder safety legs are very sturdy. I was surprised how light they are. They were easily fitted to my ladder. They are stable even when fixed offset (see photo). I have worked on ladders for most of my life, but I felt that it was time to add a little extra safety. I would recommend these stays.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this ladder support aliminium? ie; can it be left outside on a ladder without corrosion or rusting? Thank you for your reply.**
A: It can be left outside but I would expect it to rust over time

**Q: Do they fit telescopic ladders?**
A: Not sure but I doubt it since I think telescopic ladders have cylindrical tube legs. The bracket on the safety leg is designed to fit the rectangular shape of classic 3 piece extendable ladders. The bracket can fit various size of rectangular ladder leg but not a round or oval leg. Works very well for standard extendable ladders - been using them all this week. Makes everything a whole lot more stable and stops the ladder twisting and falling sideways.

**Q: Provided the stile dimensions were up to 34mm x 100mm, will this fit a telescopic ladder?**
A: Yes

**Q: can they be used on slopes using levelling feet or ladder mats. That is a slope from one end of the wall to the other**
A: I don't see why not, they can be ajusted to ground levels

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Makes your ladder more stable.

It does add a bit of extra time to fit and adjust to match any changes in uneven surfaces when you move the ladder to a new location, but I think the extra safety is well worth the few extra minutes to do this. (I have also bought from Amazon four small rubber anti slip mats, so I am extra safe in getting a very stable ladder).
