The regular back seat organizers that hang all the way down might have several pockets but many of these pockets are narrow and will only hold maps or other papers and very narrow items. This Tidify, however, is full of big and small pockets that will fit just about anything you need in your car. It fits very nicely hanging from the front of the passenger seat where I can easily reach my things.
