It's got a great taste--I've used it as a seasoning in home-made bone broth as well as over salads and cooked veg (even one of my young adult sons likes it in soup). It's a small pack and the flakes are tiny, but it goes a very long way because you don't need much seaweed in your diet: stick to very small amounts.
