The flip top doesnt quite work and when I stand it up, the product spills out and makes a mess. The top doesnt appear to be broken--i think its more of a design flaw. But the cleanser itself is fine. I like the fact that it's mild and doesn't foam (isn't drying). However, the texture is a little too close to a shower gel, meaning that it's a bit too gel-like and too thick (hard to rub in). I prefer Kiehl's cleansing milk.
