Very absorbent! I’m not speaking for someone else. I can personally say that these pads are wonderful if you have bladder issues. I’ve used other types of pads and these are less irritating and keep a person, and their furniture, drier than any I have used in the past.

These pads are more expensive than the standard underpad/puppy pad on Amazon. But if you need a product that will absorb a lot of moisture, this is a lifesaver! If you're just worried about a small amount of dripping or leaking or wetting, go ahead and get a cheap pad. But if you need to protect a bed, chair, or floor from a possible cup or two of fluid, not just a few spoonsful, that amount of liquid will run off the sides of other large underpads, which can't absorb so much fluid. But this thick pad can. That can mean the difference between a chair that is never the same, and one kept clean. And that will save you a lot of money in the long run, as well as making cleanups much easier.
