Do you find it difficult to work full time and still make great suppers? Do you wish you could save a bit more on your food bill? Do you just like good food? And then of course there are the recipes! I especially like the idea for Twice Baked Potatoes. I often used to buy frozen baked potatoes from M & M Meats but now I can make my very own and freeze them. And guess what, they taste much better than the bought ones! Why didn't I think of that before?Another of the recipes I loved was the Zingy Ginger Chicken. It is absolutely delicious, there's no other word for it! Serve it with fried rice, which you can also freeze, by the way.
