It was easy enough to assemble but the tools included in the packaging were fully unsuited for the job. A small wrench was all that I had to add.I'm very pleased. My new laptop sits to the side of my desk and is well ventilated. I keep an extra laptop cooling fan (also bought at Amazon) under it and both fit nicely on the top tray. The caps didn't work on any of the other bolts either - oh well.
