Let’s pair the cameras and the monitor again: There is a small pairing button on the bottom of the camera, near the swivel base . Turn on both camera and monitor, press the menu button and select a camera (I.e. cam 1 or cam 2). Follow the steps for pairing. As soon as you select yes and it says “Pairing” on the screen, press the button on the camera, for 1 second. I did buy an extra camera for an additional room. Easy to setup although I couldn't figure out where the on/off button was at first on the monitor. It's on the left side corner on the top. Camera is clear enough to get a good picture. I wish it was more wide angle but for the money it's a great monitoring system. You can turn volume off or on to listen to voices, etc. Battery time is decent on the monitor. I can carry around the house with me into different rooms. I have a home with a basement and the signal is strong and reliable.
