To say I was impressed when I unpacked it is an understatement, it's very well made, very sturdy and looks amazing. Whilst at nearly £70 it's not the cheapest roasting pan out there, this is clearly not a throw away piece of rubbish, and even though I've only used it a few times, I'm confident it'll last a lifetime if used and cared for correctly. I'm also confident that this is as good as roasting pans costing a lot more, I'm glad I went for this budget option, it's more than good enough for anyone, and outstanding value condsidering the quality. Roast potatoes are done to absolute perfection, and don't stick to the pan surface like most other pans I've had. I'm never going back to cheap non stick cookware. This is reassuringly heavy, solid and durable. I've used it on gas stove top and in gas oven with no problems so far.
