Something broke right at the top where the twisty handle ends and the apparatus that holds the phone attaches. No matter how I twisted I after that, the phone would just flop upside down. Very sad. I have tried several others of this sort and they all seem to have a twist-tipping-point. Like how many licks does it take...how many twists does it take? I think maybe 20 twists before it met its demise. Disappointing.
