They would probably be better for people with thick legs as they tend to fall down if you have slim ankles. If you’re looking for a quick exercise then these aren’t for you. It takes me quite a long time to negotiate putting them on. You get an upper body work out trying to put them on. Putting all that to one side, once they’re on you can get a fairy good leg raise workout. Would I buy them again. Probably not! If it’s not easy then it ain’t happening but that’s just me. If you’re a fitness fanatic then you’ll probably be happy spending 5/10 minutes putting them on. They are good quality and hold the weights well.
